Personal background
Elif grew up in Istanbul, Turkey. A beautiful city famous for its rich history, culture, and buildings.
In 2011, she started studying at Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University. After three years at this university, she graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Economic and Social Administration degree.
When she’s not working, Elif likes to discover new cuisines, cultures and travel to other places, which is currently difficult.
Professional background
Elif started her career as a consultant in Human Resources Management in Istanbul. She coordinated recruitment processes for various positions and industries in this position. Afterwards, she changed her career path and worked as a software rollout consultant at Accenture and Mercedes-Benz. Consequently, she conducted various multinational rollout processes in multiple countries like France, Algeria and Australia.
In 2021, she moved to Eindhoven in The Netherlands and continued her career at FourVision as an Implementation Consultant for the Phenom Talent Experience Management platform.
What did you especially like about your previous positions?
“As a consultant, I always worked with different teams made up of different professionals, for multiple customers from different industries. Each project had its challenges and helped me broaden my perspective. Moreover, travelling was also a big part of my job. During one of my previous rollout projects, I was able to travel to more than 60 cities in France within two years and spend two months in Australia.”
Position at FourVision
At FourVision, Elif works as an implementation consultant for Phenom People. She supports our customers to adapt the Phenom Talent Experience Management Platform. She makes sure that the platform is designed, integrated, and deployed correctly in line with our customers’ requirements.
Her previous experiences as a consultant for Accenture and Mercedes-Benz helped her properly understand how to deploy a software product and manage related changes within an organization.
In addition, having an HR background also allows her to anticipate what recruiters care about on a digital HR platform.
What are you most looking forward to doing at FourVision?
